Coral
Bay Day 2, we were getting the car serviced today as it was due for it 70,000km
service, well almost, and we have driven over 10,000km so far. Mark had it
booked in with Toyota at Carnavon, so that meant he had to drive over 2 hours
to get there. He left us all at 7.45am, as it was booked for 10.30am. Well at
least Mark will get to have a look around Carnavon while he waits, oh then
again he’s on foot. The kids and I took it easy, had a phone call from Mum, and
spoke to my dad as well, so nice to catch up. Georgia, my sister, I feel like
she’s camped down the road I hear from her a lot as she’s my personnel
secretary, organizing bills, payments and even school camps for me. The day
Dylan goes back to school on the Monday 15th October, he goes on
camp all week, and so he’s easing himself into it.

Goodbye to Coral Bay and as Mark had said, we left nothing but footprints and shadows in Coral Bay!! |
The
kids and I did shopping and then had morning tea at the bakery, gee glad we are
not here all week, we couldn’t keep going to the bakery everyday. Then we did
and early lunch and then pool, followed by the feeding of the fish at 3,30pm,
so today was a basic day as Mark got back just after 3.30pm and the car is now
all nicely serviced and the filters changed due to so much dust, hence why Lily
and I have been coughing so much. We chatted with our new neighbors from down
Albany way and Lily played with their girls, Samantha and Lauren. What a shame
we have to go tomorrow, it always happens, they make friends then time to move
on. Mark has gone off to the pub to watch Freo and Adel tonight and I wondering
who is winning. I can hear the whole park is going for Freo. I just looked at
the score on my phone oh dear they lost. Mark just got back and chatting to the
guys, some others that are here for fishing are from Perth. Bed now, moving on
and I bet it starts to get a bit colder too. Might not have coverage for a
while so ….. The story will continue.
